Please fill out our NEW online intake form before your visit OR arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill it out at reception.

• Intern Therapists will not be able to see you until your online intake is form is complete. The hands-on portion of your appointment may be decreased if not completed before your scheduled time.

Appointments in the Public Clinic are $40, with 20% off for military members and seniors (65 years & older)

Arthritis/Fibro - Wed

Mental Health - Thurs

Complex Care - Fri

ALL appointments include a mandatory 15-20 minute consult/ assessment with an Intern Therapist followed by 5-10 minutes signing off with their Clinic Instructor.

Masks are now optional in all areas of the student clinic. Please note that Clients may request that the Intern Therapist and Clinic Instructor (during examinations and pop-ins) wear a mask. Clients may also be asked by an Intern to wear a mask for all or a part of their appointment, and will be expected to extend the same courtesy to their Intern Therapist, or their session will be cancelled/ rescheduled at no cost.

WCCMT Student Interns legally CANNOT see clients with an open ICBC or WCB claim, or any type of litigation pending due to personal injury.

Please Note: a Clinic Instructor may be present at any time during your appointment for Student Intern evaluations, or unscheduled pop-ins. All Clinic Instructors are Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
