Please fill out our online intake forms before your first visit or arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill it out.

• In accordance with regulatory requirements, student practitioners cannot provide treatment to friends, family, or close personal contacts.

• Intern Therapists will not be able to treat you until your online intake is form is complete. The hands-on portion of your appointment may be decreased if not completed before your scheduled time.

Prices - Public Clinic are $40, with 20% off for military members/veterans and seniors (65 years & older)

• Special Inreach clinics are $18 — Complex Care - Mondays // Arthritis & Fibro - Wednesdays // Pregnancy & New Parents - Thursdays

Appointment Expectations Patient assessment 10 – 15 minutes Student consultation with Clinic Supervisor: 5 – 10 minutes Hands on massage: approx. 40 minutes Reassessment: 5 minutes

WCCMT Student Interns legally CANNOT see clients with an open ICBC or WCB claim, or any type of litigation pending due to personal injury.

Please Note - a Clinic Instructor may be present at any time during your appointment, or unscheduled pop-ins. All Clinic Instructors are Registered Massage Therapists in good standing with the CCHPBC.
